The people running the place, especially the man and the woman who is the morning caretaker, are really very nice and accommodating. The room has an effective room heater which let us warm. We could also store our luggage for free for four days when we were out hiking the Inca trail. There was free airport pickup and drop off as well, which is very useful for new travellers who don’t speak Spanish well. The people really do try to take care of you and do their best. There is coca tea on offer 24/7, and the location is central but you can’t hear the street sounds. We also appreciated that they stayed to get us in when we returned from our hike late on a Sunday. Laundry is reasonably priced.

Smita

Cozy place. I wrote a review for the first part of my stay here (before a trek) which was fine. Stayed again after returning from the trek and was a little disappointed. The man who runs things is very nice and accommodating. He even stayed late to let us in when we returned from our hike. The location is very good; close to Plaza de Armas. And the place is quiet.

Smita

The staff were superb, they were all extremely helpful and provided a great service. The location was great, very central and the bedrooms were clean and comfortable.

Anne

Hot shower, very central.
